A variety of food and beverage vendors will be featured at the Vibe Festival of Wellness. Whether you are a pop-up provider, or have a food truck, we welcome you to connect with the Inland Empire community for a fun-filled day!
Guidelines for Food Vendors: Complete Vendor Agreement Provide Health Permit showing approval as a Mobile Food Facility by the County of San Bernardino Department of Public Health, Division of Environmental Health Services (DEHS). Provide Certificate of Insurance (inclusive of insurance requirements) Pay $25 deposit to secure your space Food Vendors are subject to pay ACTW 10% of gross sales ($25 deposit will be deducted).
Food vendor Details: Set- up starts at 8am. All food vendors must be set up by 9:30am. Unless otherwise indicated, food vendors are provided a 10'x10' space on the south or west sidewalk bordering Orton lawn. Must provide own supplies, tables, equipment, power cords, easy up and tie-downs. Food vendor must coordinate electrical or other needs with ACTW and note on vendor agreement. Food vendors are responsible for clean up of their space.
